Penelope Gregoriou

Penelope is an experienced finance professional at Alexander Forbes Investments. Her work is focused on research, reporting, thought leadership, and brand management. Part of her focus is on sustainable investing, impact and sustainability reporting, and enhanced corporate citizenship. She sits on the Diversity and Inclusion Forum at Alexander Forbes, which is aimed at identifying and addressing barriers to diversity and inclusion by implementing initiatives that drive improved inclusion and diversity in the workplace. She is also part of the Global Shapers Community - an initiative of the World Economic Forum – a network of young people driving dialogue, action, and change in their communities. She currently serves as an Impact Officer working in impact creation and measurement and partnership management. Her primary interests are women empowerment and support, financial literacy, policy contribution and the creation of shared value systems. She is also a fellow of the 2021 cohort of the UN Young SDG Innovators Programme, an accelerator programme designed for young professionals and changemakers to rethink traditional business models, achieve breakthrough innovation and unlock opportunities towards the shared goal of achieving the 17 SDGs where she, as a winning participant, was selected to present at 2021 UN Global Compact Uniting Business Live to present her company’s SDG solution.
