Summary
To inform organs of state that the Minister of Finance has exempted organs of state to which the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 (the PPPFA) and the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 (“the 2017 Regulations”) apply from complying with the formulae prescribed in regulations 6(1) and 7(1) of the 2017 Regulations in respect of the disposal and leasing of state assets and other income generating tenders.
