Audit and Risk Committee

Applicants should be a qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) with relevant technical experience and preferably experience in dealing with the Annual Performance Plan (APP) information. Applicants should have in-depth and sound knowledge of and relevant experience in the following areas such as Finance, Strategic Planning, Performance Monitoring, Compliance, Accounting and Internal Control. In addition, the following skills and attributes would be advantageous: -Integrity – Independence –Understanding of the Public sector business, Private sector business and Corporate Governance. Applicants should have over 20 years of experience at senior manager level, as well as having occupied Audit committee and / or Board positions.
