SAICA Legal Compliance Committee vacancy

The SAICA Legal Compliance Committee (The LCC) is the official Standards Committee regarding Legislation and Compliance matters with a potential impact on SAICA’s members, the profession and the public interest. This mandate is directly delegated by the SAICA Board. The Legal Compliance Committee Committee also assists SAICA Management in the fulfilment of its functions in respect of the SAICA Board approved strategy.

The purpose of the Committee is to support SAICA in achieving its mission. Accordingly, the Committee provides leadership and guidance on Legislation and Compliance related matters, including the Companies Act and other Legislation to SAICA and its members, so that they can comply with their responsibilities to act in the public interest, with integrity, objectivity, professional competence, due care, confidentiality, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
