Adila Aboo

Adila has over 13 years’ working experience, 10 of which are in the public sector. She is currently the Director for Provincial Government Accounting and Compliance at the Western Cape Provincial Treasury where she started in 2015 and launched the Western Cape Government’s first public sector SAICA training office. She served on the SAICA accreditation and monitoring committee for approximately 5 years. She completed her articles at Nolands Inc. and subsequently joined the AGSA as an assistant audit manager where she realised her passion for the public sector.

She is also an organisational coach who thoroughly enjoys working with people and is passionate about the training and capacitation of individuals. She believes everyone should strive to constantly improve, thus always increasing their potential.
