IFRS Standards Navigator

IFRS Standards Navigator
International Financial Reporting Standards

The new IFRS Standards Navigator replaces eIFRS as from 1 January 2022. The IFRS Standards Navigator is a search and navigation tool which allows you to access and navigate Standards and related materials. This means that IFRS Standards which include the current and archived Standards with accompanying documents such as the Illustrative Examples and Basis for Conclusions will only be available from this new platform from 1 January 2022. Both the eIFRS and the IFRS Standards Navigator will run concurrently until 31 December 2021.

The IFRS Standards Navigator enables you to bookmark specific Standards and Interpretations for quick access across content types. It also allows you to search for words or phrases in the published materials and filter the materials according to criteria such as year published and language.

Through the IFRS Standards Navigator, members/associates will also be able to access the full International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium-sized Entities (IFRS for SMEs) Standard.

The first time you access the IFRS Standards Navigator, you will be required to do so via the SAICA website to ensure that your details are registered on the IFRS.org website. You will be prompted to set up your profile before being directed to the IFRS Standards Navigator. Once registered on the ifrs.org website, you may either login via the SAICA website or directly through the ifrs.org website to access the IFRS Standards Navigator.

The link to the IFRS Standards Navigator can be found below. This link will take you through to the IFRS.org home page. Once you have landed on the ifrs.org homepage, please select ‘Issued Standards’ on the menu options and then ‘IFRS Standards Navigator’ option which should direct you the IFRS Standards Navigator landing page.
