TCMS (Training Contract Management System) assists Training Officers, Administrators and Trainees in managing SAICA training contracts in the Training Office. This is accomplished by having a dashboard available once logged into the system that informs the user of outstanding tasks to be performed. The system also has a reporting feature to enable management of the trainees.
These reports are located under the menu item:
Manage Contracts > view reports. Both the Training Officer and Administrator roles have access to reports which can be downloaded in excel format. The designated Training Officer has access to TCMS once the training office has been accredited by SAICA. The Training Officer may invite one or more Training Office Administrator/s on TCMS to assist with the management of the trainees at the Training Office.
