How to become an Associate General Accountant AGA(SA)

Standard qualification route

If you hold a SAICA *accredited degree (AGA or CA) and have been discharged from a SAICA training contract, you are eligible to register with SAICA as an AGA(SA). You may visit our Member Portal to submit an application to become an AGA(SA).

Exemption route

SAICA has provided an alternative route to individuals to register as an AGAs(SA) through recognition of prior learning (work place gained experience).
