Hearing roll: Mr Jacques Wessels

The SAICA Disciplinary Committee will convene in terms of SAICA By-Law 20.2.3 to consider the appropriate sanction to be imposed upon Mr Jacques Wessels. Mr Jacques Wessels is deemed to have been found guilty of an offence as contemplated in SAICA By-Law 34.1 in that he was found guilty by the Disciplinary Committee of the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) of various contraventions of the Auditing Profession Act, 26 of 2005; the Code of Professional Conduct and/or the Rules Regarding Improper Conduct prescribed by the IRBA.
