Complaint

The complaint is that Mr Melusi Ntumba is liable to disciplinary action, as contemplated in:

Charge 1

An offence as contemplated in By-law 34.10 of the 2016 and 2018 By-laws; By-Law 35.1.10 of the 2019 By-Laws and By-law 4.2.5 in Appendix 4 to the 2020 By-Laws, in that the Respondent committed a breach of:

section 100.1 read with section 100.5, section 110: integrity, section 130: professional competence and due care and section 150: professional behaviour of the 2014 Code; and/or

section 100.1 A1 read with section 110.1 A1, section 111: integrity, section 113: professional competence and due care and section 115: professional behaviour of the 2018 Code; and/or

section 100.1 A1 read with section 110.1 A1, section 111: integrity, section 113: professional competence and due care and section 115: professional behaviour of the 2020 Code; and/or

An offence as contemplated in By-law 34.12 of the 2016 and 2018 By-Laws; By-law 35.1.12 of the 2019 By-Laws and By-law 4.2.6. in Appendix 4 to the 2020 By-Laws, in that the Respondent conducted himself in a manner which is discreditable, dishonourable, dishonest, irregular or unworthy, or which is derogatory to the Institute, or tends to bring the profession of accountancy into disrepute; and/or

An offence as contemplated in By-law 34.13 of the 2016 and 2018 By-Laws and By-Law 35.1.13 of the 2019 By-Laws and By-Law 4.1.7 in Appendix 4 to 2020 By-Laws

Respondent committed a breach of:

An offence as contemplated in By-law 34.10 of the 2016 and 2018 By-Laws and By-Law 35.1.10 of the 2019 By- Laws, in that the Respondent committed a breach of:

section 100.1 read with section 100.5, section 130: professional competence and due care and section 150: professional behaviour of the 2014 Code; and/or

section 100.1 A1 read with section 110.1 A1, , section 113: professional competence and due care and section 115: professional behaviour of the 2018 Code; and/or

An offence as contemplated in By-Law 34.12 of the 2016 and 2018 By-Laws and By-Law 35.1.12 of the 2019 By-Laws, in that the Respondent conducted himself in a manner which is discreditable, dishonourable, dishonest, irregular or unworthy, or which is derogatory to the Institute, or tends to bring the profession of accountancy into disrepute.

3. Almost immediately (40m) turn right at the red pillars which say reserved parking
4. Insert your ticket at the 2nd set of booms, take it back and keep it with you (we will validate your parking)
5. Continue down the ramp to Tower 1 | level -3 to the right
6. Park in any of the bays marked “client”
7. Security will direct you to the lifts

Directions to drop off / walk-in entrance:

1. Enter our offices from Maude Street
2. Look out for the yellow entry tunnel
3. Security will direct you into the building
