Her portfolio mainly comprise of the SAICA Qualifying Examinations, Initial Test of Competence (Part I) and Assessment of Professional Competence (Part II).

Her responsibilities include that of setting, marking, results and the accompanying administration functions associated to these examination processes.

Prior to joining SAICA in 2014, she held the position as Senior Executive at Aspire Group (Private Education Group of Companies), where her role focused on implementing & researching the improvement of student submission and throughput rates, transitioning the business model/processes to an interactive distance learning model, in addition to being the people (HR) leader for the company. Her experience includes, succeeding in executing digital transformation, cost saving and risk management strategies for the organisations she’s worked for and 12 years at Big 4 firm, with responsibilities at Europe, Middle East and Africa level, which included leadership development, facilitating of management & leadership development workshops across the world, including but not limited to Moscow, Dubai, Paris, Cyprus, Budapest, Miami, Dublin, Zambia, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia, Mauritius and Berlin. Her training programme was also completed with one of the Big 4 firms.
