Yvonne Kgoedi

Yvonne Kgoedi is a CA (SA) and Registered Auditor with experience in both the private and public sector. Yvonne has a wealth of experience in Auditing, Risk Management, Ethics and Quality Control, over 17 years post post CA (SA) qualification experience.

• She is currently the Audit Technical Leader and responsible for Methodology and related tools, ensuring that they are consistent with relevant professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• She is a member of the firm’s Risk Management Committee and serves on the AGSA Differences of opinion Committee.

• Yvonne was previously the firm’s Head of Risk Management, where she was responsible for establishing and leading the Risk Management Division to identify, manage, and mitigate professional risks across the firm.

• Yvonne was previously employed by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA). She was also previously a Senior Inspector where she was responsible for inspecting the work of registered auditors and their practices to monitor compliance with the professional standards in terms of section 47 of the auditing profession Act, 26 of 2005.

Yvonne has also held various senior positions in both private and government sector; namely COMSEC, Massmart Holdings Limited and KPMG. She has performed audits and reviews in a wide variety of sectors, including public sector.
