Parmi Natesan is the CEO of the Institute of Directors in South Africa. A seasoned governance specialist and thought leader, Parmi's career has included representing the IoDSA on high profile forums and committees such as the King Committee, the Integrated Reporting Committee as well as the Global Network of Director Institutes. She is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She also holds the Chartered Director designation and is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of the Free State.
