Dr Mariska McKenzie CA(SA)

Mariska is an energetic person with a passion for accounting, education, auditing, and financial management. She is an experienced chartered accountant, registered auditor, and SAICA-registered assessor, who has made it her goal to empower as many people as possible.

She is currently employed as a senior lecturer at the University of Johannesburg (UJ), where she lectures in Financial Management and provides postgraduate research supervision. In addition, she conducts audit quality reviews for the Auditor-General (AGSA), Moore SA and SNG Grant Thornton. She also serves on various audit committees.

Mariska obtained her PhD in Auditing and enjoys conducting accounting and auditing research. She also enjoys playing tennis, golf, mountain biking, shooting sports, parkruns, playing with her dogs and travelling.
