Dirk is the Head of Group Tax at Pepkor. He has more than 28 years’ tax experience and has headed up the tax functions of 3 large JSE listed Group of companies for more than 18 years. He has experience in all tax disciplines, including tax advisory, implementation of tax strategies, tax policies, tax risk control frameworks and tax dispute resolution. He also has extensive experience in managing tax in multiple tax jurisdictions.

His qualifications include: B.Com (Accounting), M. Com (Taxation) and he has been a SAICA member since 1999.
