Nishana Gosai is an Associate General Accountant with a Masters in Commerce (Taxation). She is currently the Head of Transfer Pricing for the MTN Group. Nishana has extensive experience in transfer pricing having previously been a member on the United Nations Sub-Committee on Transfer Pricing and the OECD’s Working Party 6.
She currently co-authors the LexisNexis publication Africa Transfer Pricing Practice Guide: A South African Perspective and is appointed Mentor of the ATAF Women in Tax Network. She is also a serving member of the Tax Court of South Africa. Nishana was previously Head of Tax for the Adcorp Group.
