Tertius Troost is a highly experienced international tax senior manager with a strong background in the advisory industry. With work experience in South Africa, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, Tertius has developed a robust skill set in accounting and tax, particularly in corporate restructures and international tax. Tertius has a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to corporate clients, supported by an excellent academic record, including a master’s degree in accounting (Taxation) from Stellenbosch University and an LLM (International Tax) from King's College London, passing the LLM with distinction.

Currently, Tertius holds the position of Senior Manager in the Tax Consulting team at Forvis Mazars, where he has been working since February 2013. In this role, Tertius provides expert advice and guidance on a wide range of tax-related matters, including drafting tax opinions on domestic and international corporate tax matters, managing SARS dispute resolution, and overseeing tax compliance for multinational groups.
