Announcement of the SAICA Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of members of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) will be held on Tuesday, 26 May 2026 at 12h00.
Formal notice of the aforementioned meeting will be provided via the following means:
- Electronic mail – if you are registered on our database as a member capable of accepting communications from SAICA in this manner; and
- SAICA website – visit www.saica.co.za.
Registration and proxy voting via SAICA’s e-voting platform will open at 12h00 on Tuesday 5 May 2026 and close at 12h00 on Friday 22 May 2026.
In order to use the e-voting facility, members must register and cast their proxy e-votes and follow the on-screen prompts which will be detailed in the e-voting Guidelines. There will be no paper-based proxy-voting option, and all proxy-voting will be conducted through the e-voting system.
Voting will also be possible on the e-voting solution during AGM proceedings on 26 May 2026.
