SAICA submission - Suggestions on the simplified filing of a transfer pricing local file

This is a submission on the recent requirement from SARS for requiring taxpayers to file transfer pricing documentation with effect for Reporting Fiscal Years commencing on or after 1 January 2016, for financial years commencing on or after 1 October 2016. This was in terms of section 25 of the Tax Administration Act, 2011.
