SAICA submission one the need for greater administrative certainty and fairness in respect of Exchange Control administration

The submission contains SAICA’s recommendation to the Financial Surveillance department within the South African Reserve Bank on the need for greater administrative certainty and fairness in respect of Exchange Control administration. It suggests a Voluntary Disclosure regime that is similar to the one contained in the Tax Administration Act.
