2018/19 Eastern Region Tackle Tax Series

Effective 1 April 2019, the definition of electronic services is being broadened considerably. The new regulations governing these have just been released. This session will look at what the new regulations are, as well as practical concerns with respect to registering entities for VAT, such as: Registering for VAT means an automatic registration for Income Tax; how will SARS deal with entities that have VAT liabilities but no Income Tax reporting requirements.
